Prabuddh Mayur is an esports entrepreneur and operations director focused on building and running competitive gaming organizations. His work blends strategic planning with hands-on tournament management — covering team leadership, event coordination, and scaling gaming communities.
He organizes large-scale digital events, scouts high-potential talent, and works to bridge the gap between casual gaming and professional esports — while currently picking up game development on Unity on the side.
Most recently, he served as Management Head of Operations for the Free Fire Max India Championship (FFMIC) Fall City Qualifiers 2026 – Bangalore, successfully managing end-to-end tournament operations including event planning, team coordination, player management, scheduling, and on-ground execution. He collaborated with officials and stakeholders to ensure smooth tournament flow while maintaining competitive integrity and operational excellence — playing a key role in scouting talent, resolving operational challenges, and delivering a professional esports experience for participants and the community.
He also serves as a Student Ambassador for The Esports Club (TEC) with SPARTANS OF TEC, promoting the brand and the wider gaming community across his city and college through events, tournaments, and social engagement.
As a Community Leader at Free Fire Max, actively contributes to building and engaging the gaming and esports community, particularly around Free Fire and related events.
As an Official Scout for the Free Fire MAX India Community, he actively identifies and supports emerging talent while contributing to the growth of the competitive esports ecosystem. He has successfully hosted and managed large-scale LAN tournaments, overseeing on-ground operations, team coordination, player management, and event execution. His ability to handle high-participation events with professionalism ensures a smooth, organized, and successful tournament experience.
